Hi Dave,
How are things? I hope all is well. I was wondering if you could give me a ride to the airport.
As you've probably heard, I'm going to Canada next month. I could take the train, but I have a ton of
stuff to bring so it would be a bit of a headache. I think going by car would be much easier.
Of course I'll pay all tolls, and I'd like to buy you lunch before I go if you have time. I'll totally
understand if you don't have time to take me. I just thought I'd ask.
