Dear Mr. Smith,
I hope that you are well. I am writing regarding the apartment I am renting from you
(room #406, Tanaka Building). So far everything is going well but I have come across
a problem with the hot water in the bath. I am able to turn the faucet, but no hot
water comes out at all. I have checked the hot water faucet for the bathroom sink,
and the kitchen sink, and they work fine. For some reason, just the one faucet isn't
working.
As it's growing cooler, would you mind sending someone out to fix it as soon as possible?
I can be available at any time on Wednesday and Thursday this week if you would like me to
be there to explain the problem. Thank you for your kind assistance and don’t hesitate
